West Sussex Learning Links
It is important to stay safe when you are meeting new people or trying new things. If you would like support when going on social outings, to college or local clubs, West Sussex Learning Links can pair you up with a buddy who will go along to these places with you. Speak Up
Speak Up is a self advocacy group run by and for adults with learning difficulties in Burgess Hill. The group meets on the 3rd monday of every month at The Old Post Office, Resource Centre, 30-32 Station Road, Burgess Hill, West Sussex. The group discuss topics that are important to group members and encourage people to speak up for themselves. The group has meetings on bus and train transport, supported living service, first aid, health action plans and fire safety.
Speak Up welcomes anyone with a learning disability and lives in the Burgess Hill/Haywards Heath area. Transport can be arranged to the monthly meetings.
