Retreats for carers

Did you know that, as a carer, you can access a few days' retreat at St. Cuthman's Retreat House, through the Carers Support Service? St Cuthman's, the West Sussex retreat centre, is now able to offer "Quiet Days" for individuals with full use of the retreat house, chapel and grounds for those who may not be able to get away overnight, or for those who would like to sample what is available before making a residential stay.  "Quiet Days" include Morning Coffee, Two Course Lunch and Afternoon Tea, and are available on weekdays and at weekends.
